RETURNS AND CHANGES RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to unpack carefully without damaging the packaging and inspect the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and if any are entitled to refuse receipt of the item and return it to the distributor. The COMPANY is obliged in a short time to replace this type with a new one. In case of unconditional receipt of the item, it is considered that it was delivered in excellent condition without aesthetic defects.

E.1 Product returns

Reason for product return and replacement is:

1. Have delivered a product other than what is stated in the original order due to an error in the process, and invoicing. In case of transfer through an agency and if the products have been delivered in excellent condition to the agency of the customer's choice, the responsibility lies with the respective transport agency.

2. In any case where there is a proven material failure or construction error for which the company or the manufacturer is responsible.

According to the provisions of Law 2251/1994 as in force today, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of our product, after notifying us in writing in printed or electronic form, his relevant withdrawal from the distance purchase contract via his internet of our product, without stating the reasons, within a period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the day on which it will acquire: the physical possession of the goods

The product must be intact, unused, in the same packaging as delivered to our customer and it is necessary to consult with us for the details of its return. Defective products are replaced as long as their defect was not caused by our recipient / customer or the carrier of the product and is in the same package as delivered.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer except in case of receipt of a defective product.

You have the right to buy a new product of equal value within 2 months, the return of the value of the product minus shipping.

Returns are not made on products in which special construction is made upon special order (special color, special fabric, special dimensions, etc.). In case of cancellation of such an order, the relevant payment is deducted in favor of the seller.

ORDER WITHDRAWAL MARGIN AND MONEY RETURN

The online store stipulates that with the order and deposit of a sum of money from the consumer, your order begins. From there on, the consumer who has placed the order has the right to request cancellation of the order and refund of the amount he has given only within 24 hours from the moment of deposit and if the order has not started.

The online store determines if the 24-hour deposit has passed and can withdraw the order, provided that you do not return the amount of the deposit given by the consumer!

Also no refund is made in case of forced longer delivery time than agreed on the current order if the store is not to blame and you owe it to other immersions, wars, etc. of the country or a country that trades imported products, raw materials, etc.
